We agree the scope, deliverables, timeline, and price in writing, by email or a formal quotation, before any work begins. A quotation is valid for a limited time and is not binding until both sides accept it in writing.

Yes. Unless agreed otherwise, a non-refundable deposit is required before work starts, with the remaining balance due on or before final delivery. The deposit covers the time and resources committed once a project begins.

If you cancel before any work has started, you are eligible for a refund of what you have paid, minus payment gateway processing fees (typically 2-3%). If you cancel after work has started, you will be invoiced for work completed on a pro-rata basis, and any amount paid beyond that (excluding the non-refundable deposit) is refunded. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

Each project includes a set number of revision rounds, agreed at the time of quotation. This varies by project scope. Additional rounds beyond what is agreed may incur extra charges.

Timelines are project-specific and confirmed in writing before work starts. A single asset can take a few days; a full brand identity system can take several weeks. Delays in client feedback, approvals, or missing assets can extend the timeline.

Both source files (for example AI, PSD, or equivalent) and export-ready formats (for example PNG, JPG, PDF, MP4), delivered digitally via email or a cloud link. Source files are typically shared after final payment is received.

Final, approved deliverables transfer to you once full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Preliminary concepts and unused directions stay with Sky is Art unless separately purchased.

Completed work may be shown in the portfolio and on social media for promotional purposes by default. If you need confidentiality, request it in writing and it will be respected.

Payments are accepted in Indian Rupees (INR) through the nominated payment gateway or bank transfer.
